It's already August but until now the most prestigious, most watched and biggest beauty pageant in the world still has no official venue for the competition to take place in December. Decades before, after the beauty pageant concluded with the announcement of winner, the official venue of the following year event is revealed at the end of the show then the following years few months after the Miss Universe competition the official venue is announced and its easy for them to choose a venue because there are lots of cities and countries who are competing each other to get the rights to host the event and the Miss Universe Organization only have to choose which one is the best and fit for the competition. Nowadays with the cost of hosting the event makes it the more difficult for the MU Org. to convince cities or countries to host it. This year they had a hard time choosing a venue since of two big events first is the 2012 London Olympics and the second is the U.S. Presidential Election. Las Vegas, Nevada, United States which has been the venue of the Miss Universe competition for three different occasions the last one in 2010 is fully booked with events until December. According to a staff of Miss Universe Organization, they will announce the official venue of the Miss Universe 2012 by September. We will see by then if they really have an official venue for this year's edition of Miss Universe to maintain their integrity, prestige and reputation.
