The 65th Miss USA 2016 will be returning to Las Vegas, Nevada after two years where the finals will be held at the T-Mobile Arena on June 5. Aside from the fifty-one (51) contestants representing the 50 states and the District of Columbia, another twist in the pageant was introduced by the Miss USA Organization Inc. which will allow one woman who will be the 52nd Miss USA (called as Miss 52nd USA) contestant to compete for the crown of Miss USA 2016 and to represent the United States at the Miss Universe 2016 at a venue and specific date to be announced by the Miss Universe Organization and WME/IMG. The lucky woman was chosen among the thousands of applicants who sent in their videos entries and narrowed down to ten (10) finalists by a selected panel of juries of which one of them will be the winner or the 52nd Miss USA contestant chosen thru online and text votes.
