Watchful Eyes' Miss Universe 2013 Twenty Best In National Costume

          Miss Universe 2013 National Costume Presentation was held last November 3, 2013 at Vegas Mall in Moscow, Russia much to the delight of the audience watching the show. The event is open to both media and the public and was amazed by the display of native costumes from different parts of the world. 

          Although a bit downgrade from last year's National Costume Show with no LIVE Online Streaming broadcasted to global audience, it is still a great sight to see the elaborate, colorful costumes passionately created just for this event and I can't help but be mesmerized by what I saw in the pictures and some video clippings of the event. 

          To be honest, I have a difficult time narrowing my choices to only top ten as there are many creative costumes symbolic of their respective countries. They are meticulously done to precisely describe or picture the background of their native lands. For this reason, I extended my list to come up with the 20 Best In National Costumes.
