Reality Game Show For Television

I am conceptualizing two reality competition show and a game show for television network interested to create it and show it worldwide. The two reality show has a slight resemblance to The Amazing Race but with a twist. The game show is inspired by a Filipino board game. I know it’s like a needle in the haystack but still I want to try, gamble and see if television companies will buy it. I offer it to any interested television network willing to pay for the concept and I will be collaborating with the television network on such a show.

The Best Bieber Dancer From Lithuania

I wonder how brilliant this Lithuanian dad to create such dance choreography is. He is really a dynamic choreographer perfectly fit to train hip hop dance crew in North America and Europe. I want to know if he is hired by Hollywood or Las Vegas because he is really a good sexy dancer and I cannot help and my stomach is bursting in laughter. I am one of the million fans of this happy Lithuanian dancing family.

A Holy Letter

True Love - Forever Love

Hi! It’s Me – Jesus! Oh, please don’t shut the door in my face! Please don’t turn around and walk away. I just want to talk to you but not about your problems or your sins. I don’t want to preach at you or make you feel guilty. I just want to tell you how much I love you.
You know, I’m not far away, up in the sky, or in some distant place called Heaven. I’m right by your side, and if you’ll ask me to come into your heart, I can even live inside you there. I know all about you. I even know the things that you try to hide from everyone – including yourself.
I know your heartaches and the pain that you suffer. I know what you worry about. I know your secret dreams and aspirations. I know what has disappointed you in the past, and I know your fears about the future. I know the times that you are jealous or compare yourself negatively with others. I understand how you can’t always be everything you would like to be, and that sometimes do or say things that you later regret.
At times you wonder if anybody really understands you or truly cares. You wonder if love exists – true, unchanging, unending love. Sometimes you feel so alone, and existence seems so pointless. You ask yourself, “What am I here for? What am I supposed to do? Why am I alive? Is there a God? And if so, where is He? Who is He?”
I’ve heard all these questions that are in your heart. I’ve felt your struggle. I understand your uncertainty, your heaviness, and your frustration. I know how disappointed you sometimes feel about yourself, wishing you could do better. But even when you try your best, things just don’t always seem to work out as you hope.
So you look at life’s monotony and ask yourself, “Is this all there is? Isn’t there something deeper? Some reason, some purpose or goal for my life?”
My dear friend, the answer to these questions and the satisfaction you are looking for will not be found in the world that you see with your eyes. It can only be found in the world of spirit, where love reigns supreme. God, the great Creator, the King of the Universe, is love. He is the invisible Spirit of Love – and to know, receive and share this love is the purpose for living.
But it’s not something that you can work for or earn by your own goodness, by keeping the rules and trying so hard. This blessing of love – the greatest treasure anyone could ever receive is a gift. It can only be received by faith. You can’t work for it or prove yourself worthy of it.
God loves you so much that he wanted to make it easy for you to understand Him and His love. He
wanted to give you a picture, an illustration, an example of His love that would help you to see that he and his love are real. His love is not something that can just read about, discuss or debate but it’s something that you can experience in your life. It is power, it is warmth, and it is light and life! God’s love is all those things.
Because God is so grand, so magnificent, so all encompassing. He knew it would be difficult for you to understand him and his love, and to understand how you could receive it. So he allowed me, Jesus, to be the illustration of his love for you.
Now I am the connection between you and God. I am the go-between, the mediator, the staircase to Heaven. Through me you can pass from a life of emptiness or disappointment or turmoil and desperation into a life of peace and plenty and love. It’s all yours for the asking. Even the tiniest desire of your heart is important to me, and nothing gives me more pleasure than to take from the riches of heaven and give you what you need to make you happy.
I love you with a love that is perfect and without end. I don’t look at your imperfections, mistakes and sins, and then get upset and stop loving you. No, I love you in spite of all of these things! I love you for who you really are, and for what you can be.
I love you as no one else has ever loved you before, and as no one else will. There is nothing you can do that could cause me to turn my back on you. The only thing that could come between you and my love would be your refusal to receive it, for I cannot force it on you.
Open your heart to me, believe in my love, and we will begin the greatest adventure of your life. We will lead a life of love together – not just here and now, but forever!

                                                        With love forever,

                                                                  Jesus

Chile Trapped Miners, An Inspiration

There's a miracle happened to the rescued miners in Chile who trapped underground for 69 days when a landslide took place dragging down massive layer of rocks and sand. Large and modern equipments was used to recover them alive and well due also to their sheer determination and struggle to save all of them from the suffocating tunnel. This is a stark contrast to what happened in St. Bernard, Guinsaogon, Leyte, Philippines when some of the children, teachers and their principals were trapped underground when a landsline took place and the soft soil and stones from a mountain came down covering the whole school and some portion of the village. Some of the teachers and children have been rescued but most of them who are still alive, crying and moaning have been left behind and taken for granted and according to the authorities could not be saved anymore due to the depth of the area where they are trapped and the thickness of the mud thats so hard to remove uncovering them. It shows their negligence, indifference and apathy for the victims. The Chile miner's incident will put the Philippines to shame and will give them their hard lesson to what had transpired. I hope the Philippines should learn from this and take this as a challenge. But the spirit of those people who were not rescued when they should will not be at peace and shall haunt them.

European Tourists Swarmed Iloilo

About 100 European tourists have swarmed Iloilo last Saturday, October 9, 2010 on board MS Hanseatic, a five-star cruise ship from Germany. They visited the city and some historical landmarks in the province and hopefully Alimodian in the future. According to the European tourists, Iloilo is one of the safest destinations in the Philippines. Probably another cruise ship carrying loads of tourist will dock and visit Iloilo in January next year in time for Dinagyang Festival. This is the second time a cruise ship has visited Iloilo this year. MS Columbus was the first to visit here last March.

Dinagyang Festival 2011 Formal Launching

The Dinagyang Festival 2011 was formally launched last Monday, October 11, 2010 at Moon Café in Robinson’s Place, Iloilo. Spearheaded by Iloilo City government in partnership with Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation, Inc. (IDFI), and San Jose Parish, a three-time best tourism event in the country, the festival’s formal launching was highlighted by signing the memorandum of agreement of hosting and handling the week long festivities.
According to the Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation, Inc. (IDFI), it needs 14 million pesos to successfully stage the world famous festival. IDFI president and former Iloilo City councilor Ramon Cua-Locsin said the expenses of the event will be both shared by the city government and the private sector to minimize the cost and highlight their partnership. IDFI will monitor the festivities while the private sector will manage some of the major activities of the event including “Miss Dinagyang beauty pageant” which will be organized and handled by certain group. Additionally, some 4.8 million pesos will be allocated for the subsidy of participating tribes in Ati tribal dance competition and prizes.
As a sweetener to the participating tribes, Iloilo City Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog pledge to give 500,000 pesos worth of projects to the winning community or school in the competition. International companies, groups or individual are very most welcome to contribute, solicit or sponsor the event.
Next year will also be the last time Kasadyahan will be held under Dinagyang shadow and the weaning stage of Kasadyahan competition will feature cultural performances from different schools and towns most especially with significant festivals of their own which means it’s a competition among schools and various festivals in the province. City Tourism Officer Ben Jimena said they will move the Kasadyahan competition to August in time for Iloilo City Charter Day celebration to mount tourism activities in the middle of the year which is considered an off-peak season in the city. Unlike the Dinagyang which focuses on the lives of Ati (indigenous people of Iloilo and Panay) through dance, the Kasadyahan (merrymaking) features Iloilo’s tradition, culture and the arts.
The 2011 festival will focus on environment-friendly practices such as recycling and waste management. Dinagyang Festival is a religious-cultural event which focused on the aboriginal tribes in Iloilo and Panay (the great ancestors of Iloilo) who converted to Christianity from animism. The event of honoring the Holy Child Jesus started in 1966 but the Ati tribe competition started in 1969 with Madjapahit Tribe of Compania Maritima as the first winner. Since then, the festival has evolved in dance forms, choreography, costume among others and the number of tourists and visitors has increased and it became world renowned ever since. The festival is held every 4th Sunday of January and next year it will happen on January 23, 2011.
